A Study on the Mongolization Phenomenon in Men’ s Headgear of Ming Dynasty Civil Society

Abstract：InordertorestoreandmaintainthecostumetraditionoftheHannationality，EmperorTaizuoftheMingdynastyrees tablishedthestrictcostumesystemof“distinguishingbetweenChineseandforeignersandclarifyingthehierarchy”toeliminate thecostumeinfluenceoftheMongol-Yuandynasty.However，theMongolianYuanstyleofmen’sheadgearinthefolkwassil prominent.Thepapermainlysortsoutandanalyzes thespecific manifestationsandreasonsfortheMongolizationoffolkmen's headgear in theMingDynasty.
