Abstract:Thepracticalteachingofieologicalandpliticalcoursesincollegesanduniversitieshastakenonnewmisionsandre sponsibilitiesunderthebackgroundofthenewera.Thevalue-addedevaluationofpracticalteachingofideologicalandpolitical coursesncollgesanduniversitiesplaysacrucialroleinscientificallyimprovingtheevaluationofeducationalqualityandfulfilling thefundamentaltaskoffosteringvirtueandnurturing talent.Theproblemsexistingintheevaluationofideologicalandpolitical theorypracticalteachingarethat theevaluationmethodsareseriously“result-oriented”andweakened“proces-oriented”,the evaluationorientationisseriously“tool-oriented”andweakened“growth-oriented”,theevaluationstandardsareseriously “static”andweakened“dynamic”,andtheevaluationmethodsareseriously“single”andweakened“diverse”.This paper focusesonteurrtealisticprdicamentoftheevauationofdological,plicalandteoreticalpracticalteacingiolleges anduniversities.Relyingontheconstructionconceptofmultipletechnologyempowermenttoreformthevalue-addedevaluation, this paper pputs forward the goals of process-oriented,developmental,dynamic and diversified evaluation.
