Abstract：AsatraditionalladvantageousindustryinZhejiangProvince，howtoempowerthedevelopmentofthetextileindustry withdigitalintellgencehasbecomeanimportantissuethatZhejiangProvincefacesinbuildingaglobaladvancedmodetextile industrialbase.Basedonthis，127textileenterprisesin9citiesofZhejang textileindustrialclusterregionaretakenassearch samples.Throughuesioairesandintervies，tepaperfoussonteurrentstatusinfeningfactors，strictionsms andcountermeasuresandsuggestionsoftedigitalandintelligentpromotionwork.ItisfoundthattheZhejiangtextileindustryhas astrongitentionandpracticeincentivefordigitalandintellgentempowerment.Theprimaryfactorofdigitalandintelligentempowermentinthetextileindustryliesinthetechnicalelementsofproductionmodeandproductionproces.Thekeydriving force ofenterprisedigitalandintellgent transformationmainlycomesfromthecognitivedecisionofmanagers，asellastheenvironmentdrive，technologyconvenence，andpolicypromotion.Themajordiffcultiesandchalengesfacedbytextileenterprisesin digitalintellgentransformationaremainlyconcentratedintefieldoftechnologyFacingtetrendrequirementsofdigitalnd intellgenttransformatiooftextileenterprises，itisnecessrytofocusontedigitalostructionofidustrialcusters，promote thepracticeofdigitaland inteligent transformationofenterprises，and promote industrial digitaltransformation.
