Abstract：Thisstudyfocusesonwomen’srunning leggings toexplore thekeyfactors influencing femalesports enthusiasts in purchasingathleticapparel.Byinvestigating mainstreamdesigns，thestudyanalyzes theirsportsperformance，primarilynterms ofpresurecomfortndselectstworepresentativefabricstoproduceprototypelggings.Dynamicrunningposturesaredecomposed tocollectbothstaticanddynamicobjectivepresuredataandsubjectiveevaluationresults.Thefindingsindicatethatlengswith anindependentgussetstructuremaintainanaveragepresurewithinthecomfortzone.Leggingsmadeofchinlon-spandexblended fabricexhibitsuperiorcompressionperformanceandbody-shapingefects，makingthemsuitableforlow-intensitydailyworkouts. Incontrast，polyesterspandexblendedleggngsoferbetermobilityandcomfort，makingthemmoreappropateforhgintesity exercise.Thisstudyprovidesscientific guidanceforfemaleconsumers inselectingruningleggingsbasedonathleticperformance.
