Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheproductioneficiencyandeduceproductioncostsofefierflngforpulpinginenterprises,thisstudy proposedastackedcastigprocssbasedonthsglecastiproc.Teforingndsolidificationprocessofglecastigandstacked castingrefinerfilingseresiulatedusingSolidworkmodelingsoftwareandAnycastingsiulationsoftare.Temodeistruntanaly sistechnologieseresedtoompaeandotietheastingrefirfilinginothsiulationandxperentalaspctshultsidicatedthattherefnerfilingscouldbesmoohlfiledadsolidifedunderbothstackedcastingdsinglecastingprocssduringteasting simulationproce.Teplicatiooftackedastigprocsoulduceteotofatedndndolstlndimpeoduc tioneficienyWilemintaingufomatrirucestackedeerfillngproduedoest-liori-sadMCbdes andamallamoutofcyclicoxide,alumina,andsulfideinclusions,hichadcertainipactonthepeformane.Asarsult,theaver agehardnessfrothetiptoterootoftetothofstackedcastingrefnerfillngwas32.8HRC,whiletheaveragehardnessoftesingle casting refiner filling was 45. 0 HRC.
