Chemical Composition Analysis of Five kinds of Wild Hardwood Species in Jilin Province

Abstract:TeainhicalomposioandeyaracteristsoflocellosfrindsofidardoodspciesinJlrovee characterizedusingtechiquesincludingtheNatioalRenewableEnergyLaboratory(NREL)mtod,tioacidolysis,ig-perforanceliqud chromatograpy(HC),ndhoatogayC),casedsuls,epotetialplicatiosofteplantfersina ingandotherfielsedicusdandcompadThrsultsshowdthatthecelloecontetofte5idsofoodtypswassilaile the hemicellulose and lignin contents ranged from 16. 68 % to 24.88 % and 17.82% to 26.15 % ,respectively. The average degree of polymerization (DP)of the isolated cellulose was 1 O21~1 7O8,and the weight-average molecular weight ( Mw ) of hemicellulose was 45.83~73.78 kDa. Hemiceluloseprimarilycosistedofvarous tyesofyns(withgucanseingsecondary)Acid-insolubleligninasdominatinginthligni of5kindsofhardwoodwiththeS/GratioangedfromO.21to3.92.Comprehensiveaalysisindicates hatCrataeguspinatifid(motain hawthorn)isthostsuitableawaterialamongte5indsofhardwdsinthepulpingandpapemakingfeld,hilerbuspoahesis (Sorbus species) is the most suitable one applied in the lignocellulose-based biorefinery field.
