Abstract:Strucuredproperisofpabedfrctonatealsealldhaceditealrsinsdeu formityfresindistributiodeterinesteinteractioamongtheitealcompoentsofpaperbasedfrctionmaterals,tusectingte overallpysicmialpropIndertoalfordistrbutiofsininpebasdftioatealshtfn content on the Z directiondistribution(frommesh to blanket)ofresin inpaper-based friction materials was investigated.Theresults showed thatwiththeeasfiutioafriotsinotentfabedfrtiomatealsicasd,ndeoside ageporsizceasedAccoingtoedifreeofX-rabsotiodeofachompotippasdciomatealesi content was measured. When the resin content was low and the volume proportion was about 7% ,the resin was evenly distributed in the Z directionofthepaprbasdfritomaterialWitteicreaefsincoentuetoendistrbuioofrs,fldoi the base paper,the Z directiondistributionof theresininthe paper-based friction material was uneven,andthe two-sided diffrenceof the resincontentofthepaperbasedfrionmaterialincreasedWenthesincontentinthepaperbasedfrictionaterialwasig,hersin furtheroccupidteilablespaceocupidbyirisideepaperbsedfrctionmaterialesultingintiuousiceasftsi inside the paper-based friction material,butthe difference betweenthe two sides of theresin content was only 0.5% :

纸基摩擦材料中的树脂组分来自于树脂浸渍过程,而浸渍树脂溶液后的材料立即被送往干燥炉中挥发溶剂,二者分别完成了树脂的输送工作和安置工作。(剩余11538字)
