Abstract:Thissudymployedthepre-hdrolysisraft(HK)processtopreparedissolvingpulpfrommosobamboo.ItanalyzedtecelationmecansetwnthgfpleaiDoftovinpulpnditsprfoaceicatorssellasfid andactivatortreatmentonteseperformanceindicators.ThersultsshowedthatduringtheHKcooking-bleachingprocess,eofthe bambo disolving pulpshouldbecontroled atapproximately463.AtthisDP,theobtained pulpexhibitedanashcontentof 0. 12% ,an α -cellulose content of 91. 3% ,and a pentosan content of 3.29 % ,withreactivity filtration timesof178s(9 mL CS 12 )and98s(11mLCS 2 ) Furthermore,replacingtheP(peroxide)bleachingstagewithnA(acid)treatmentstagereducedthashcontentofthebambodsolving pulp product to 0.07% ,increased the α -cellulose content to 92. 6% ,and decreased the pentosan content to 2. 62% ,leading to a significant improvementinproductqualitydicators.Onthisbasis,theaditioofanactivatorreatmentstagefurtherehancdtereacvityofthe bamboo dissolving pulp.
