Abstract:Inthisstudycelulosefilterpaper-basedceramiccompositeseparatorasfabricatedbyonstructingacosanpolina hol/bariu itanateultifunctionalcoatingoowostpapersubstratesthroughninituwetcoatingtechniqueByegulatingtedisper sionofceraicfiesdlro-igeok,otrllbleoucoofaimesialooussurefort compositeseparatoassucesfulleved.Thsultssoedtatnteassfractiosofcosan,oliyaool,ndtitanate were 0. 25% ,1. 0% ,and 0. 1% ,respectively,the as-prepared composite separator exhibits exceptional comprehensive performance : enhanced thermal stabilityat 200‰ with no dimensional shrinkage,a first-cycle discharge specific capacity ofup to 118.69 mAh/g at0.5 C in full-cell configuration,and an ultra-low charge transfer resistance of merely 6.87 Ω for the stainless steel/composite separator/half-cell.
