ABSTRACTTraditional Chinese medicine（TCM）compound prescriptionsserveascrucial practical embodimentsof TCM theoreticalframeworks，characterizedbytheircomplexmulti-componentcompositionandmulti-argetinteractions.Theresearchon thematerialbasisoftheirpharmacologicalefectshasgraduallybecometheeytopromotingthemoderizationofTCM.Inecent years，nw ideas and theoriesregarding theresearch on pharmacodynamic substance basisof TCMcompound prescriptios have bencontinuously proposed.Thisreviewsystematicallysummarizesandreviewsanalytical techniquessuchastargetedfishing technology，spectrum-effectrelationshipnalysis，serumpharmacochemistry，etworkpharmacology，ighthroughputsreening， andcellmembranechromatography.Itisfoundthatthesetechniquesexhibituniqueadvantagesinareasincludingtarget-specific analysis，compoeaclogcaletoelatinalyss，dentiiatiooftatebsisivitrondinvidic ofmulti-targetmechanisms，eficientsreeningofactiveingredients，andanalysisof interactionsbetweencellmembraneceptors. These techniquescompensatefortheshortcomingsof traditionalresearchmethods，enhancethesystematicnessand precisionof researchonpharmacodynamic substance basedTCMcompound prescriptions，andcanprovide theoreticalsupport forthe promotion and clinical application of TCM compound prescriptions.
