基于教育回归视域下慕课结合微课的教学模式在《中医肛肠科学》教学中的应用

The application of the teaching mode of MOOC combined with micro-lectures based on the perspective of education regression in the teaching of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Anorectal Science"

[Abstract] Objective To explore the feasibility of MOOC combined with micro-lecturs teaching mode in the teaching of "Chinese Medicine Anorectal Science". Methods A total of 120 students in 4 classes of the five-year system of Chinese medicine in the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine of 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental period was from September 2019 to January 2020 for one semester. The experimental group applied the teaching mode of MOOC combined with micro-lectures in teaching. The control group did not use the teaching mode of MOOC combined with micro-lectures in teaching. Instead, they were taught according to traditional teaching methods. The teaching effect of the observation group was compared with that in the control group in terms of teaching evaluation, student satisfaction, and professional performance. Results The teaching evaluation score of the experimental group(86.70±2.36 points) was higher than that (82.95±3.78 points) of the control group (P<0.05). The students' professional performance (82.72±7.07 points) and satisfaction score (91.48±4.86 points) of the experimental group were higher than the control group′s professional score(76.90±8.54 points) and satisfaction score (87.90±4.60 points), P<0.05. Conclusion The teaching mode of MOOC combined with micro-lectures has obvious effect in the teaching of "Chinese Medicine Anorectal Science". At the same time, the results show that the teaching mode of MOOC combined with micro-lectures can help promote the regression of education.
