[Abstract] The integration of party building and business work is not only the purpose and requirement of party building work， but also the basic path of business development. The integration of party building and business is the guarantee for the high-quality development of the cause under the current national and party conditions， and is the necessary path for the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In reality， the phenomenon of "two skins" between party building and business in medical scientific research units exists to varying degrees， which severely restricts the high-quality development of the cause. The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to it and has issued clear instructions on many occasions， pointing out the direction for the integration of party building and business and providing basic follow-up. Based on this， in order to do a good job in high-quality party building leading the development of the cause， and to better promote the high-quality development of the cause， this article focuses on strengthening the ideological understanding of the integration of party building and business work， learning exchanges， system building， team building， supervision and guarantee， explores the feasibility path of the integration of party building and business in medical scientific research units， and takes the integration of the two into the real， deep， and heart.
