[Abstract] Objective To analyze the relationship between primary biliary cholangitis and 25-(OH)vitamin D, antimitochondrial antibody M2(AMA-M2), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), immunity globulin M (IgM). Methods A total of 28 patients with primary biliary cholangitis (group A), 20 patients with liver cirrhosis(group B), and 20 physical examinations (group C) in our hospital From January 2018 to December 2019 were collected for research. Anti-mitochondrial antibodies,25-(OH) vitamin D, IgM, and ALP were tested. The results were compared and analyzed. Results ①The positive rate of AMA and AMA-M2 in group A was higher than that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ②The 25-(OH) vitamin D, IgM, and ALP levels of the three groups were significantly different, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the AST levels between group A and group B (P<0.05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between primary biliary cholangitis and 25-(OH) vitamin D, AMA-M2, ALP and IgM. Combined detection is better than single index detection. The former can better fight for early diagnosis and treatment in the clinic,provide new ideas and scientific basis,and it is recommended for clinical promotion and application.
