AbstractObjectiveTo reduce the incidence of non一cuffed catheter （NCC） dysfunction in patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） based on a whole一process management model.Methods A problem -solvingqualitycontrol circle（QCC）activitywas launched，utilizingquality management tools to make targeted improvements to address the issue of NCC dysfunction in CRRT patients.ResultsThe incidence of NCC dysfunction decreased from 1 9 . 8 7 % before the activity to 8 . 2 8 % after the activity，ensuring the timeliness of CRRT. Conclusion By conducting the problem一solving QCC activity，the incidence of NCC dysfunction in CRRT patients was reduced， improving the success rate of treating criticallyillpatients and enhancing the quality of medical and nursing care.
