Abstract Nursing rounds conducted by nurses within specified time intervals are the core of graded nursing and crucial for ensuring patient safety.In response to issues such as discrepancies between nursing rounds behavior and records，delayed graded rounds，and increased nurse workload asociated with mobile PDA scan-based rounds，a hospital has developed a dual closed一loop management model for nursing rounds.By seting nursing rounds behavior markers and leveraging information technology，the business processof nursing rounds has beenredesigned.This has resulted in a closed—loop practice pathway for rounds activities： nurse rounds rounds behavior marking rounds data extraction generation of rounds statistics views.Additionally，key points for rounds quality control have been established，and closed-loop monitoring of nursing rounds quality has been implemented with graded authorization.
