Abstract The high-quality development of public hospitals has driven the transformation of clinical diagnosis and treatment modelsfrom multidisciplinary team（MDT）collaboration todisease一specificcenters.WhileMDTenhances personalized care，itfaceschallengessuchaseficecybottenecks，disciplinarybarriers，ndresoureallcation.Thisstudyintroducesdis ease-specificcenters，which focus onspecific diseases，integratemultidisciplinaryresources，and implement full一process closed-loopmanagement.Keyadvantages includereducing redundant examinations，enablingdata一driven research，and providing one-stop services for patients. Future directions may explore a "MDT + Disease-Specific Center" hybrid model， leveraging information technology and resource synergy to enhance medical quality.
