Abstract：Theadventoftheeraof globalizationhasbroughthedistancebetweencountriescloserandpromotedtheincreasingfrequencyofinteratioalconomicandtradeactivitisasellasulturalexchanges.Facedwittebrad-newinteratioalulturallandscapeandorderweedtoontiuouslyenanceouraceptanceandrecogitionofChineseculturetopromoteitsprosperityandejuvnation，therebginingmoresayinculuralgoveaeTroughaprofoundaalysisofthecootationvalueimplicationsanddevelop mentchallngesofinseuralidentityfroalobalperspetief globalationdoissis，itispracialtaetofutr enhanceChineseculturalidentitybyfurtherpromotingtraditioalcultureandenhancingculturalconfidence；promotingculturaltradeand developingcultualidustries；inovatingcommunicationodelsndimprovingcommuicationcapablities；fogingastronglineofsecur ity defense and strengthening security awareness.
