Abstract：Itisentialtofullyunderstandthplomentstatusofveterans，analyeteurrntemploymntdiffultiesandeasonforveterans，ndexplorecountermeasuresforveterans’employmentworkarespecificapproachstoimplementingtheimpoantin structionsofthe2OthNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaontheserviceandsecurityworkofveterans.Thereseachobtainedsampledatainteforofquestioairesureyndconuctedanempircalaalysisofthecurentemploymentsituatioofeter ansinCityXusingtheSSPROdataanalyssplatfoTeresearchfindingsareasfolos：terearesgnificantdiferenesamong diferenttypesofveterans；（2）Thereisasignificantdiferencebetweentheemploymentdemandsofveteransandthemarketdemands. （3）Thereisasignificantdiferenebetwenplicyimplementationndactualfects；（4）Tereissignificantdiferencebetwenthe employabilityofveteransndtherequirementsofmployrs.Onthisbasis，itisproposedthatheemploymentworkofveteransshouldfo cusondemanddrien，policyoriented，iformatioempowerment，abilitycultivationandindiidualdiferences tochvehigh quality development of employment work for veterans.
