Abstract：Thereisadepconectionbetweenurbanrenewal governanceand“industry-city-manintegration”.Urbanrenewal governanceisecesarmeans tacheve“idustrityanintegratio”Teintegationofinustry，ityndpeoleisegoal orientationforoptimizingurbanrenewal governance.Inrecentyears，Guangzhou’surbanrenewalgovernancehasachievedpositiveresults.Frombothindividualcasesandteoverallperspetive，threexistproblemsof“disharmonyetweenindustrycityandople”in Guangzou’subnalblaeinnatialsitypropeevelopoftialositeetsste activityadcoodnatofurbansace，mitedoverallplagfortsandcearesposibilitdivision，tcWithhgoaltatin ofdeepintegationofidustry，ityandpople，ebasicideasforoptiizingurbanrenewalgoveranceiclude：improvingiittioal suply，emphasigspatialadjustent，promoigoss-deparmentalcolborationndsposibiltsionfcilitatingulity participation in renewal and transformation，and preventing and controling risks inurban renewal governance，etc.
