The Infuence of Mutidimensiona Proximity on the Efficiency of Enterprise Dua -chain （ Innovation and Industrial Chains） Integration -Evidence from the Data of Shaanxi Province

Abstract：Theintegratioofinnovationandindustrialchainsisoneofimperativeroutinestoachievethegoalofhigh-qualityde velopmentinChina.However，duetothlimitationsofdata，mostoftheresearcharebasedonmacro-levelindicatorstatistics，and therearefewintuitivemiddleandmicroempiricalanalyses.Therefore，theresearchresultsneedtobefurtherimprovedinguidingthe constructionanddevelopmentofdouble-chainfusioninspecfcregions.Thispapertakes79keyenterprisesinShanxiProvincefrom 2013to022assamples.Firstlytusesthecompositesystemsynergydgreemodeltoaalyeteeficiencyofdual-haninteation andexplorethosibleetsofgeoapcalproxiityoal-hanintegatiointeiovatioproxiitythoryecodlhean nualreportdataoflistedcompanieswerecollcted throughmachinelearing methods.TheLDA-TF-IDFandWord2vecmodelswere usedtogenerateothajorproxiityarables，melyognitiverganzatioal，socialandistitutioalproxiityandeifluence efectandmechaismofulti-dimensioalproxiityonteeficiencyofteintegationoftedualchaisofenterpriseswereplod. Theresearchresultsshowthattheficiencyofdal-hainintegrationofistedenterprisesinShaanxihassignificantlymprovedovre pastdecadeichisainlyrbutedtoeimprovemntofndustrialaglomeration（geogaphisapproacing）rganzatioallevel （organizationisapproacing）adaceraindgreeofdigitalizatioevel（ogiisapproacing），hileteectivessofiatio atmosphere（social isapproaching），policysupportsystemandmechanism（systemisapproaching）isnotsignificant.Thisshowsthat inaditiontogeogapicallcationndtecompanyitself，theconstructioandinterweavingofextealiovationonceptseteine the depth and quality of the future dual-chain integration of key listed companies in Shaanxi.
