AbstractObjective：Toexplorethechronicpainmanagementmodelofnursepractitioners（NPs），theexistingliitations，ndfuture developmentprospects，toprovidareferenceforNPstoparticipateintheresearchofchronicpainmanagement.Methods：Accordingto thescopingreviewmethodologyframeworkofAkseyandOMallyelevantliteraturewasretrievedfromtheestablishmentofdomestic andforeigndatabasestoJune3OO4.elevantliteraturethatmettheclusiocriteriaassreed，andtheasiciforatioofte literatureseractedntoraisdmedndlydultsAotaloficed 3themeswereobtaiedthroughanalysis：thescopeofpracticerequiredqualifications，andpracticemodelofpainNPs;NPspresiption ofchronicpaindrus;themainwaysofNschronicpainmanagement.Concusions：ThediversityandefectivenessofNsparticipation inchronicpaimanagementabroadarepreliminailyonfied.TereislitlecontetrelatedtoNsinthfeldofchronicpainsearch in China.Relevantscholarsareurgentlyneeedtostrengthenthestudyand promotethedevelopmentofchronicpainmanagement.
