基于三维质量理论构建PICC置管接触性皮炎护理质量评价体系

AbstractObjective：Toconstructanursingqualityevaluationsystemforcontactdermatitisatthecatheterizationsiteofpatientswith peripherally insertedcentralcatheters（PICCs）basedonthree-dimensionalqualitytheory，andtoprovideanbjectieandscientific referencefortheclinicalimplementationofnursingqualtymanagement，monitoring，andevaluationofPICCpatients.Methods：Extract feasibilitydatatoughlitatureviereengdealuationdostructteframeworkofteursingualityaluatioe forcontactdermatisatthecatheterzationsiteofpatientswithICCsbasedonthethreedimensioalqualitytheory.heDelphimethod wasusedtocompletetworoundsofexpertconsultationtoforthefinalindicatorsystem.Results：Thepositivecoeficentsofthetwo rounds of expert consultation were 95.00% and 100.00% ，respectively. The opinion proposal rates were 93.33% and 41.58% ， respectively.TeexpertautorityoeficientsereO736andO.817respectivelyTheKendalloordinationcoeficientswere82- 0.912，respectively.ThefinalformednursingqualityevaluationsystemforcontactdermatitisatthecathetersiteofPICCpatients included3fist-levelidicatos，codeveliicatorsnd37thid-eelicators.Cousis：eursigualityauati systemforontactdermatitisattecatheteiteofCCpatientsonstructedinisstudyacertaiscientificityelabilityand practicality，which could be used as an evaluation tool for continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality.
