AbstractObjective：Toconstructasensitiveindexsystemforthepreventionandtreatmentofblockageininfusionportsforcancer patients，ndtoprovideasientifcasisfortheursingmanagementof fusionportsfocancerpatients.Methods：Aliteraturereview andDelphexpertinquirymethodwereusedtoconstructasensitiveindexsystemforthepreventionandtreatmentofblockageinifusion portsforcancerpatients.Results：TheauthorityoefcientsofthetwroundsofexpertiquirywereO.893ndO.919，respctivelyhe positive coefficients of the two rounds were 100% ，and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds were O.157 and 0.224， respectively，which were statistically significant P<0.001 ）.Finally，a sensitive index system for the prevention and treatment of blockage infusionportcrtitssostuctedchded9rucuralicats，oscatsdtato. Conclusions：Thesensitityindex systemforthepreventionandtreatmentofinfusionportblockageincancerpatientswasconstructed basednevidence-basedandtheDelphimethod.Ithasaguidingsignificanceforclinicalpractice，whichcouldprovideanobectivebasis for improving nursing management and the continuous improvement of infusion ports for cancer patients.
