Methods：TheliteratureonmonitoringandmanagementofintraventricularICPinpatientswithseverebrainijurywassystematialy retrievedfromdomestcandfeigndelibsiteprofesioalsoationeitesndatabs.Teseachtieltafro theestablishmentofthedatabasetoMarch2O，2O24.Totall2researchers independentlyevaluatedthequalityoftheliteratureand integratedtheideceesults：Atotalof3rticesereded，udng5alpracticegidelis，xpertcseicle， 2systematicreviews，ndlandomizedontroledtrials.Atotalof8piecsofevidenceweresummarizedfrom5aspects：thetiigand evaluationofaettgttiai andeducationandtraining.Conclusions：Thebestevidenceformonitoringandmanagementof intraventricularICPinpatientswith severebraininjurycouldprovideanevidence-basedbasisforclinicalpractice.Itisrecommendedthatmedicalstaffshouldconduct targetedscreningbasedonthndividualconditionsofpatientsandthestatusquooftheirinstitutionstodevelopthebestmanagement plan for patients.
