AbstractObjective：Toetrieveevaluateandsummarizethebestevdenceonommunicationmanagementofrtificialaypatits inadultintensivecareunits（ICUs）.Methods：Relatedevidenceoncommunicationmanagementofartifcialairwaypatientswas systematicalyretrievedfromdatabasesandgudelinewebsitesinChnaandabroad.ThesearchperiodwasfromMayl，2Ol4toApril， 2024.Tworesearchersindependentlyevaluatedthequaltyoftheliteratureandextractedevidence.Results：Atotalof16articleswere included，cngcalsiigceteerdtic reviews.Atotalof25piecesofestevideneeresummarizedfrom5specticudngfactosafectigommunicationelectioand nursingofcommunicationaids，mplementationofcommunicationommunicationevaluationandrecording，andeducationandtrainng. Conclusions：ThesummarizedbestevidenceoncommunicationmanagementofartificialarwaypatientsintheICUcouldprovideabasis for ICU medicalstaf tostandardize theimplementationofcommunicationmanagement measures forartificialairwaypatients.
