基于模糊层次分析法的电解锰渣库环境风险评价模型构建及应用

Abstract:Aiming at the potential environmental risk problems caused by the storage of electrolytic manganese residue in Southwest China,on the basis of fully analyzing the environmental attribute characteristics and potential environmental risks of solid waste electrolytic manganese residue,the quantitative evaluation indexes of environmental risk of solid waste were screened.The quantitative evaluation index system of environmental risk was established by analytic hierarchy process. The index weight and membership function were determined by fuzzy evaluation method,and the environmental risk assessment model of electrolytic manganese residue yard covering the four-dimensional receptor of “atmosphere- water- soil - human health”was constructed. The risk assessment of an electrolytic manganese residue yard in Tongren area of Guizhou was carried out.The results show that the probability of major environmental risk,large risk,medium risk,general risk and low risk of electrolytic manganese slag are 61.75% , 13.30% , 9.45% , 6.93% and 8.58% ,respectively. The significant risk is mainly atributed to the synergistic effect of heavy metal ecological hazard (risk contribution 34.29% )and soluble salt migration (risk contribution 32.86% ),indicating that soil medium dominates risk conduction. Based on the results of environmental risk weight analysis(soil 51.64%> atmosphere (20 16.33%>water 12.69% ),a three-level emergency response system and a long-term prevention and control technology system for environmental risk of electrolytic manganese residue yard pond of“soil - atmosphere-water” are constructed. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the risk assessment and control of electrolytic manganese residue yard storage.
