Title： Dissemination of Liu Cixin's The Three-Body Problem in South Korea： Current Situation， Motivations and Implications

Abstract： Chinese science fiction writer Liu Cixin's The Three-Body Problem has garnered widespread international attention and has become a representative case in studies of Chinese Literature“Going Global". In South Korea， the Korean translation of The Three-Body Problem was published in 20l3.While its initial market response was relatively modest， the work gradually gained public recognition and successfully entered the mainstream reading sphere. This transformation in its dissemination reflects the interplay of multiple factors.This article examines the current situation and motivations behind the dissemination of The Three-Body Problem in South Korea， summarizing the implications， with the aim of providing valuable referencesfortheoverseasdisseminationofChinese literature.
