Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】Therealizationpathoffoodsecurityempoweredbyagriculturalnewqualityproductivitywith “three-chainisomorphism”asthetransmission was explored，inordertoprovide theoretical referencefor promotingthe realizatinpathof ensuringthesafetyof thewhole grain industrychainempoweredbyagriculturalnewquality productivity with “three-chainisomorphism” asthe transmission and promoting the high-quality development of agriculture.

【Methods/Procedures】Basedonthe“three elements”ofagricultural newquality productivity，thestructural mechanism analysis method wasused to construct thelogical path of food securitythrough the“three-chain isomorphism”transmission mechanism，andtesysteminductionandmechanismdisassemblywerecarriedout incombinationwiththebottleneckofealistic development，trying toreveal theintemal linkage between thenew quality productivitysystemandthe modernizationof grain industrychain.【Results/Conclusions】Theresultsshowed thatbystrengtheningthesupportofscientificandtechnological inovationanddeepening thereformofscientificandtechnologicalsystem，theagriculturalnewqualityproductivityempowement mechanismcouldbeeffectivelyguaranteed.Byoptimizingtheindustrialtructureandresourcealocation，thethreeelementsof agriculturalnewqualityproductivitycouldbepromoted tosynergisticallyempower thewholeindustrialchain.Bydeploying the inovationchainaroundthewholegraiindustrychain，thedigitalupradingofthewholegrainprocesscouldbepromotedAtthe sametime，byoptimizingthesuplychainandupgrading thevaluechain around the wholegrain industrychain，thecooperative eficiencyofthe whole grain industrychaincouldbefurtherstrengthened.These measures havejointlyconstructedtherealization pathoffoodsecurityempoweredbyagriculturalnewqualityproductivitywith“thre-chainisomorphism”asthetransmision.
