Value Implication，Practical Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Rural Culture Empowering the Construction of Harmonious and Beautiful Villages

Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】Through the systematicresearch，thecore positionof local culture as the soul of the constructionofharmoniousandbeautifulcountrysidewasclarifiedandhowtoefectivelyplaytheleadingroleoflocalculture spirit wassolved，inordertopromotethecordinateddevelopmentof materialcivilizationandspiritualcivilizationinthe constructionofharmoniousandbeautifulcountryside.【Methods/Procedures】Through iteratureresearchandanalysis，thevalue implicationof empoweringtheconstructionofharmonious andbeautifulcountryside throughruralculture wasexplored.Then，the realistic dilemmaofempoweringtheconstructionofharmoniousandbeautifulcountryside troughruralculturewasanalyzed.Last， thecorrspondingcountermeasures wereputforward.【Results/Conclusions】Theresearchshowed thatthere weresome practical diicultiesinthecurrentempowermentofruralculture，suchastelagofrralculturalconstructiontedeviationofsocial cognition，thescarcityfexcelentruraltalentsandtelackofrelevantsafeguardmechanisms.Therefore，thcountermeasurend suggestions forempowering theconstructionofharmonious and beautifulcountryside throughruralcultureshouldbeexplored from thefouraspectsofoptimizingtheconstructionofruralculture，reshapingthecognitionofsocialpublic，cultivatingthuraltalent echelon，and improving the policy system.
