Practice and Innovative Exploration of the Production-education Integration from the Perspective of the Cultivation of Agricultural Professional Talents in Fujian and Taiwan -A Case Study of Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture

Abstract：【ObjectiveMeaning】Thisstudyfocusedonthecuentsituationoftalent traininginthe integrationof productionand educationinagriculturalvocationaleducationinFujianandTaiwan，inordertoprovidereferenceforpromotingthelose combinationofgriculturalvcationaledcationandindustrialdmandinFujanandTiwanmprovingtheualityadleelof agriculturalvocationaleducationinFujianandTaiwan，perfectingtheagriculturalvocationaleducationsysteminFujianand Taiwan，andpromoting thesustainabledevelopmentofagriculturalvocational educationinFujianand Taiwan. 【Methods/Procedures】By focusing on the cooperative practice and innovative exploration and construction ofFujian-Taiwan cooperationinteitegratioofproductioandeducationigiculturalvocatioalandtechicaleducatio，tepracticaldiltis and challenges faced bythe integrated developmentof production andeducation were sortedout.Then，the pathand development strategiesforcultivatingtheagricultural voationaltalentsundertheintegrationofproductionandeducationinFujianandTaiwan were put forward.【Results/Conclusions】Theresultsshowedthat thecultivationofagricultural professonal talents inFujianand Taiwan facedthechalengessuchasthedifferencesinschool-enterprisevaluedemands，disconnectionbetweetalentsupplyand demand，unclearrightsandresponsibilitiesofmultiplesubjects，andobstaclesinpoliticalcommunication.Terforethe countermeasureswereputforwardtobuildtheintegrationsystemwith“demandorientation，dual-systemeducation，latform support，andgroupcolaboration”.Through thefour-dimensional colaborative promotionof platform-driven，mechanism inovation，carierupgradingandorganizationaleconstruction，thedeepouplingbetweentalentsupplyandindustrialdeand could be realized， thus to support the regional agricultural modernization.
