Achievements, Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Technology Extension Carried out in Science and Technology Courtyards in Fujian

Abstract:【Objective/Meaning】By analyzing the specific problems existing in the promotion of agricultural technology in scienceandtechnologycourtyards,thestudyaimedtoimprovetheeficiencyofservingtherevitalizationofrralindustries,nd provide reference foroptimizing the operation mechanism of science and technology courtyards and improving the service eficiencyinsimilarareas.【Methods/Procedures】InthisstudysixscieneandtechnologycourtyardscreatedinFujianProvince fromJune2O19toJune2025wereselectedasthekeyresearchobjects.Bycombiningwiththefieldinvestigationandquestioaire analysis,thepracticemodeandeffectofgriculturaltechnologypromotionwereinvestigated,themainproblemsinteation wereidentified,andthecorrespondingcountermeasures wereputforward.【Results/Conclusions】Thestudfoundthat thesience andtechnologycourtardshaveachevedremarkableresultsinpromotingtheindustrialrevitalizatio,achievementrasfoation talenttrainingandteinnovationinsiencepopularzationbuttherewerealsosomeproblems,suchastediicultyinstartigthe demonstrationdrive,thenedtostrengthentheperformanceapraisal,theimbalanceoftheoleplaying,andtheweakguaranteeof thepromotion funds.Basedonthis，somecountermeasureswereput forward，suchasestablishing the trustrelationship, strengthening theobjective management,promoting thebalanced developmentand increasing the financialsupport.
