协同治理框架下乡村内源式发展的嵌入式驱动机制与建设模式

——以屏南县龙潭村艺术乡建为例

Abstract：【ObjectieMeaning】Inthepracticeofartisticuralonstruction，theparadoxofsubjectivityftenleadstothedouble failureof both exogenousdevelopmentand endogenousdevelopment.Byrevealing theembedded driving mechanismand constructionmodeofendogenousdevelopmentinruralareasundertheframeworkofcollborativegovernance，testudyaimedto dealwiththegovernancedilemmaofresourcefloatationandsubjectalienationinruralrevitalization，inodertoprovidetoetical referenceand practicalpath forpromoting thesustainable endogenous developmentofruralareas.【Methods/Procedures】Based ontheembeddedtheoryandsynergetictheoryananalyticalframework wasconstructed.Then，bytakingLongtan Villgein PingnanCountyFujanProvicastetypicalcase，thesearchtodssuchasi-depthiterviewsandpariipatoryatio wereused toreveal theoperating mechanism of embedded collaboration in promoting theendogenous development inrural areas，andanalyzetheevolutionprocessofmultiplesubjectsfromone-waymanagementtocooperativegovernance. 【Results/Concusios】Tesultssowedtatunder tedoubleembedingofpoliticalconomic，culturalresourcesadeteal subjects，theruralareascouldrealizetheresource accumulationofnewendogenous development.Byreshaping thesubjectivityof villgers，eosructingtetradiioalsaceanditegatingteodecivilationevelopingtetdiioalinustrisadn formats，andconstructingtheinstitutionalizedcooperationnetwork，theendogenous integrationof exteal embeddedresources could berealized.The organic interaction between multiple subjects further stimulated thenew endogenous development momentum in rural areas，ultimatelycontributed to the fundamental transformation from“blood transfusion”to“blood

production”mode.
