Abstract: Halide perovskites have become highly potential photoelectric materials due to their excellent optical and electrical properties and have been widely studied in fields such as photovoltaics, photocatalysis,and biomedicine. However,the toxic lead ions and poor environmental sensitivity of this type of material severely restrict its application expansion in the biomedical field. The significant value of lead-free halide perovskites in the biomedical field has been reviewed,and their specific application mechanisms in bioimaging have been analyzed. The development of these materials in cancer treatment areas such as photodynamic therapy and radiotherapy,as well as in the construction of combined treatment platforms,have been discussed. Finally, the future application direction of lead-free halide perovskites in the biomedical field is prospected.
