Abstract:Tegobalautomotiveindustryisacceleratingiselectrficatiotransformatio,andthepenetrationateofthenwenergy vehiclemarkethassignificantlyincreased.Teperfomanceofpowerbateriesisrucialforthernge,safetyandifespanofnw energyvehicles.Theprocessofbaterycharginganddischargingisaffctedbytemperaturehichcaneasilyladtocapacitydecay shortend ifespan,andthermal runawaysafetyrisks at extreme temperatures.BTMS isakeytechnologythat ensures batery performanceandsafetybypreciselyregulatingthetemperatureofthebaterypack.Proposeabaterythermalmanagementsystem solutionbasedulectivetizationntegratingCandliqidingtehnloydoptinginteligentpedictitrol andoptimizingeatflowfieldtoiproveatdisipationeficiencyergybnce,anddaptabilyeptizationpliely controls the temperature difference of the battery pack to ±2∘C ,reduces the temperature by 12% under high temperature conditions, and increases the preheatingefficiencyby 35% under low temperature conditions,greatly improving the working environment and providingtheoreticalandpracticalguidancefortheengineeringaplicatiooftheralmanagementtechnologyfornewenergyvehie batteries.
