Abstract：Thisstudyfocusesonimprovingthetransmisioneficiencyanddurabityofbusclutchesbyotiiingmateralsstructural design，andthermalmanagementsystems.Troughexperimentalresearchandumericalsimulation，theperformancempactof variousdesignshemeswasanalyzed.Resultsshowthateuseofnewcompositematerialswithigfrictioncoeficientsalongwith optimizedcotesinfiatanetrasmisieydceelsdsussaitelt high-temperatureandigloadconditions.Theoptimieddesigneffctivelylowersthewearrate，extendsservicelife，andrduces maintenancefrequencytherebyimprovingtheeconomiceficiencyandoverallperformanceofcommercialvehicles.Tisrsearch providestheoreticalsupportfortheadvancementofclutchtehologyadofersatechicalsolutionforeficientoperatinofommercial buses.
