Abstract:Thisstudyfocusesonimprovingthetransmisioneficiencyanddurabityofbusclutchesbyotiiingmateralsstructural design,andthermalmanagementsystems.Troughexperimentalresearchandumericalsimulation,theperformancempactof variousdesignshemeswasanalyzed.Resultsshowthateuseofnewcompositematerialswithigfrictioncoeficientsalongwith optimizedcotesinfiatanetrasmisieydceelsdsussaitelt high-temperatureandigloadconditions.Theoptimieddesigneffctivelylowersthewearrate,extendsservicelife,andrduces maintenancefrequencytherebyimprovingtheeconomiceficiencyandoverallperformanceofcommercialvehicles.Tisrsearch providestheoreticalsupportfortheadvancementofclutchtehologyadofersatechicalsolutionforeficientoperatinofommercial buses.
