Abstract：Asthecorecomponentofheaydutycargovehicles，thestructuralstrengthofthehavydutytruckcabisdirectlyrelated tothesafetydurabityandperformanceoftheetieveicle.Weldingtechnologyaskeylinkintheproductionandmaufacturing of heavytruckcabs，hasasignificantimpactonthestructuralstrengthof thecabs.Withtherapiddevelopmentof theautomotive manufacturingindustry，therequirementsfortheweldingprocessofheavytruckcabsarealsoincreasingdaybyday.Thispapeaims todeeplyanalyetheinfuenceofteweldingprocesofheavytruckcabsonthestructralstrength.Byexpoingthespeficefectsf differentweldingmethods，eldingparametersndweldingdefetsontetructuralstrengthofthecabitprovidesteoeticalbasis and practical guidancefor optimizing the welding process of heavy truck cabs and enhancing the structural strength.
