Abstract:Thisarticeisequippedwithone110kWfuelcellsystem tobuildasimulationmodelof thevehicle thermalmanagement system.Bycombiningthecoolingpipelinemodel,olingmoduleandresstanceparametersofeachcoledcomponetim software was usedforsimulation calculation to obtain thecolantflowrateofeachbranch.Basedonthecoling module'sheat disipationparameters,fanperformanceparameters,andsystemmodel,theperformanceanalysisofthecoling systemwas completed,andteesultsettereirementsofteindicators.eseparaterangementoffuelcelligempratureat dissipationmodulemotoandelectroicontrollowtmperatureeatdisspationmodule,aironditioingandpowerbattryodeser moduleandsystemschemehaveimproedtheeatdisipationperformanceandcontrolaccuracyproviingreferencefortedsignof thermal management scheme for hydrogen fuel cell vehicle.
