光动力联合免疫检查点抑制剂治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展

Abstract:Malignant tumorsareseriouslyharmful tohumanhealth.Photodynamic therapyisanemerging therapywithadvantagesof lowtrauma,lowsideefectsandhighspatiotemporalcontrol.Ithasbeenwidelyusedintheclinical treatmentofmalignanttumors, butitislimitedtotetreamentoflocaltumorsFordistantmetastatictumoursorlsions tatcanotbepreciselylocated,hotody namictherapyasertailitatis.munothrapyspeciallmmuneckpointitors,asrought tetreatmntoflig nanttumors intoanewera.However,thelowexpressonlevelofimmunecheckpointintumorcelsanditsinsuffcientactivationof the host mmunesystemconstitute majorobstacles.Photodynamic therapycan activate the immune functionof the bodyand improve thetumor microenvironment, which provides apossibiltyforthe combinationof photodynamic therapyand immunotherapy. Nanoparticlescansimultaneouslyloadphotosensitizersandimmunecheckpointinhibitorstoachievecombinedtherapeuticeffect andimprovedrug targeting.Inthispaper,theexperimentalresearchonthecombinationofphotodynamicandimmunecheckpointinhibitors using nanotechnologyinthetreatmentofmalignanttumors isreviewed.Anditsclinicalapplicationis prospected.
