电石渣掺杂改性制备高稳定 CO2 吸附剂及其性能研究

Abstract:Inthispaper,theanti-sinteringabsorbent waspreparedbyusingcarbideslagascalciumsoure,citricacidasmodiie,and aluminumnitrateasdopantTeaterialserecaracterizedbX-aydifractiotrogadsortionandaningelectroicro copy. The cyclic adsorption properties of CO2 were tested by thermogravimetric analyzer. The results show that compared with p-CS andSG-CS adsorbents,CS9oA10 adsorbent doped witha mass fraction of 10% Al can observe obvious Ca3Al2O6 diffraction peak, and have more mesoporous structure,larger specific surface area (9.59m2/g) )and pore volume (0.017m3/g) ).Due to the presence of a largeamount of highly stableinert skeleton component Ca3Al2O6 in theaccumulated granules of CaO,the Cs9oA10 adsorbent exhibits excelentantsinteringability.After30longccles,themicroscoic morphologyandporestructureof teadsorbentrmindbasically unchanged,and the CO2 adsorption capacity only decreased by 0.2g/g compared to the initial cycle,still reaching 0.33g/g The carbonation conversion rate was 54.97% ,showing high structural and adsorption stability.
