陕西县域老年教育需求现状与对策研究

——基于府谷县的样本

［摘 要］至2022年末，陕西省60岁以上老年人口占全省总人口比率已达20.5%，老龄化程度已高于全国平均水平。面对陕西省老龄化问题形势较为严峻的现实，如何有效推动陕西老年教育发展，成为一项重要课题。本文采用实证研究法，在充分调研府谷县老年教育需求的基础上，提出陕西县域老年大学发展的意见和建议。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Elderly Education Demand in Shaanxi County

Abstract：By the end of 2022， the proportion of elderly people aged 60 and above in Shaanxi Province has reached 20.5% of the total population， and the degree of aging has exceeded the national average. Faced with the severe situation of aging in Shaanxi Province， how to effectively promote the development of elderly education in Shaanxi has become an important issue. This article adopts an empirical research method， based on a thorough investigation of the demand for elderly education in Fugu County， and proposes opinions and suggestions for the development of elderly universities in Shaanxi County.

根据联合国对老龄化社会的界定，某个国家或地区60岁以上的老年人口占总人口比率达10%，或65岁以上的老年人口占总人口比率达7%，该国或该地区就进入老龄化社会。（剩余8977字）
