保险杠两侧与钣金搭接位置脱漆问题优化

摘 要：根据售后反馈，客户在提车时发现前、后保险杠两侧与钣金搭接位置存在漆膜起皱剥离问题，客户不满意，影响品牌形象，售后质量抱怨大。本文对零件尺寸、零件注塑质量、油漆涂层质量、结构匹配等影响脱漆的可能因素进行快速调查分析，对脱漆的主要原因进行改进优化，并对改进之后的产品进行试验，验证措施的有效性。

Optimization of the Paint Stripping Problem at the Overlap between the Two Sides of the Bumper and the Sheet Metal

Abstract：According the sale feedback， customers found that sides of the bumper paint was wrinkling and stripping between with metal plate while the car was ready for pickup， Above problem causes customer dissatisfaction， affects the brand image， and leads to after-sale quality complaints. The possible factors affecting the paint peel， such as  dimension of parts， paint performance， structure design， etc. were investigated and analyzed， the main reasons for the paint peel were improved and optimized， the improved product was tested， and the validity of the measures was testified.
