汽车开发实验室质量体系运行中的问题及对策探讨

摘 要：随着国内汽车行业的快速发展，汽车项目开发过程对实验室的要求也越来越高，而实验室的运行质量主要靠实验室质量体系来保证和体现。本文结合实验室质量体系管理实践，阐述了常用的实验室质量体系的类别、标准，实验室质量体系的建立和运行，总结了汽车开发实验室质量体系运行中的常见问题，并提出了一些对策。

Abstract：With the rapid development of domestic automobile industry， the automotive development process is becoming more and more high to the requirement of the laboratory， and the operation of the laboratory quality mainly depends on the laboratory quality system to guarantee and reflect.Based on the laboratory quality system management practice， this paper expounds the common categories， common standards of laboratory quality system， the laboratory quality system set up and run， summarizes the common problems in operation of the laboratory quality system， car development and puts forward some countermeasures.
