摘 要：在汽车使用过程中，机油压力报警灯点亮说明发动机油路中的机油压力低于润滑系统要求的下限值，发动机润滑系统出现了问题。本文介绍了发动机机油泵泄压阀常开导致机油压力低，点亮机油压力警报灯问题的排查、分析和验证过程。为机油压力报警灯常亮故障排查提供一些参考。

Check and solve the engine oil pressure alarm light on fault

Abstract：In the process of automobile use， When the oil pressure alarm light is on， the oil pressure in the engine oil line is lower than the lower limit required by the lubrication system， and there is a problem with the engine lubrication system.This paper introduces the investigation， analysis and verification process of the problem of turning on the oil pressure alarm light due to the low oil pressure caused by the normally open pressure relief valve of the engine oil pump.Provide some reference for troubleshooting when oil pressure alarm light is on.

1 引言

发动机机油压力正常，才能保证将机油输送到发动机各摩擦件表面，并在摩擦表面形成油膜，实现液体摩擦，从而减小摩擦阻力、降低功率消耗、减轻机件磨损，以达到提高发动机工作可靠性和耐久性的目的。（剩余3488字）
