高职《汽车电控发动机检修》课程诊断与改进实践研究

摘 要：诊改与改进工作是高职院校提升办学水平，形成完备的人才培养机制的主要任务。一所院校内部质量保证体系工作包括多个层面，而课程的诊改工作是其中的关键。课程诊改按照8字螺旋质量循环开展，通过周期诊改和常态纠偏相结合，全面提升课程教学质量和水平，为人才培训奠定良好基础。

Practical Research on Diagnosis and Improvement of the Course "Automotive Electronic Control Engine Maintenance" in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：The work of diagnosis， reform and improvement is the main task of higher vocational colleges to improve the level of running schools and form a complete talent training mechanism. The internal quality assurance system of an institution includes multiple levels， and the diagnosis and reform of courses is the key. The course diagnosis and reform is carried out in accordance with the 8-character spiral quality cycle. Through the combination of periodic diagnosis and reform and normal deviation correction， the quality and level of course teaching will be comprehensively improved， and a good foundation will be laid for talent training.

1 诊改背景

为贯彻落实全国职业教育大会和《国家职业教育改革实施方案》精神，根据《教育部办公厅关于建立职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度的通知》（教职成[2015]2号）和《关于全面推进职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度建设的通知》（教职成司函〔2017）56号）要求[1]，以提高职业院校教育教学质量为宗旨，以内涵建设、自我诊断、持续改进为主题，通过调研指导，积极推动职业院校基于信息化管理系统构建诊断与改进工作机制，完善诊断与改进制度建设，扎实开展教学诊断与改进工作，我院“坚持质量优先，以高质量发展为引领，以服务区域、服务产业、服务学生为抓手持续提升办学质量，着力构建校内动态质量评估体系和保障体系，提升全员主人翁意识和质量意识，力争把学校打造成办学特色鲜明、培养质量过硬、产教深度融合、服务能力突出的高水平高职学校”的新发展目标，全面有序开展内部质量保证体系建设工作，建立了“五横五纵一平台”的全院质量保证体系架构，全面推进五个层面的诊改工作，其中包括学校、教师、学生专、业、课程，五个层面中专业和课程层面的诊改工作是重中之重[2]。（剩余2491字）
