摘 要:拉伸开裂、起皱在冲压生产过程中时有发生,是产生冲压废品的主要因素,而仅靠常规检查很难做到百分之百识别,所以冲压开裂、起皱的零件逃逸到下工序时有发生。故了解生产过程中冲压拉伸开裂、起皱的影响因素及如何预防便显得尤为重要。

Influencing Factors and Prevention of Punching and Stretching Cracking and Wrinkling in Production Process

Abstract:Tensile cracking and wrinkling occur from time to time in the stamping production process, which are the main factors for the production of stamping waste, and it is difficult to achieve 100% identification only by routine inspection, so the stamping cracked and wrinkled parts escape to the next process happens. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand the influencing factors of stamping and stretching cracking and wrinkling in the production process and to understand how to prevent them.
