开展精准岗位学徒制教学、管理和评价的研究与实践
——以汽车专业群为例

摘 要:根据当前国内部分职业院校开展现代学徒制试点过程中遇到的问题,借鉴德国手工业协会(HWK)学徒制培养模式以及相关课程体系与考核标准,结合我国国情提出精准岗位现代学徒制,对其教学模式、管理模式、评价体系以及实施方法进行了研究、实践、思考总结与展望。

Abstract:According to some problems encountered in the process of carrying out modern apprenticeship teaching in some vocational colleges, combined with the apprenticeship training mode of German Handicraft Association, relevant curriculum system and assessment standards, this paper puts forward the modern apprenticeship of precision post according to its own practice, and discusses the teaching mode, management mode, practice, thinking, summary and prospect of evaluation system and implementation methods.

1 国内外学徒制人才培养现状
2014教育部发布了《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》,2019年国务院又出台了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(简称“职教20条”),这些针对职业教育政策的陆续出台都旨在进一步强化校企深度合作、促进产教进一步融合、完善校企合作相关政策机制,推动企业和社会力量举办高质量职业教育,实现职业教育工学结合联合育人目标,从而培养出能够满足现今企业生产、管理、创新、发展要求,具有较高专业能力和职业素养的创新型技术、技能型人才。(剩余4379字)
