直喷发动机机油稀释原因分析及优化

摘 要：本文系统的阐述了增压直喷发动机机油被稀释的机理，并基于对某四缸增压直喷汽油机进行机低温台架机油稀释试验，通过喷油模型CFD仿真分析，对喷油器进行优化设计及喷油控制优化，最后通过试验验证，机油稀释改善效果明显。

Analysis and Optimization of Oil Dilution for Direct Injection Engine

Abstract：This paper systematically expounds the mechanism of oil dilution of supercharged direct injection engine. And based on the low temperature bench oil dilution test of a four-cylinder supercharged direct injection gasoline engine， through the CFD simulation analysis of the fuel injection model， the article carries out the optimization design and fuel injection control optimization， and finally through the test verification， the oil dilution improvement effect is obvious.
