摘 要：新能源汽车行业近年来发展迅速，在生产、技术、维修等领域需要大量技能型人才支撑。作为技能型人才培养摇篮的中高职院校应深入改革，提供先进的实践场地和设备，一流的教学手法，提高学生对新能源汽车的更深层次认识，不断为新能源汽车市场输送高质量人才。

Abstract：The new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly in recent years， and needs a large number of skilled talents in the fields of production， technology and maintenance. As the cradle of skilled personnel training， secondary and higher vocational colleges should be deeply reformed， provide advanced practice venues and equipment， first-class teaching methods， improve students' deeper understanding of new energy vehicles， and continuously supply high-quality talents for the new energy vehicle market.
