摘 要：介绍了整车产品开发项目样车试制的类型、流程及样车试制工作的重要性。以样车试制流程为主线，阐述了在样车试制流程中，项目管理团队的主要工作及样车试制的关键控制要素，为项目团队如何管理样车试制，如何按时按质量要求交付样车提供了借鉴和参考。

Research on Management Method of Sample Vehicle Trial Production in Vehicle Product Development Project

Abstract：This paper introduces the type， process and importance of sample vehicle trial production in the vehicle product development project. Taking the sample vehicle trial production process as the main line， this paper expounds the main work of the project management team and the key control elements of the sample vehicle trial production at each stage of the sample vehicle trial production， which provides a reference for the project team on how to manage the sample vehicle trial production and how to deliver the sample vehicle on time according to the quality requirements.
