虚拟匹配在汽车尺寸匹配的应用研究

摘 要:虚拟匹配是使用零件3D扫描数据和先进测量分析软件来对制造完成的零件或总成进行尺寸分析的技术。本文阐述了虚拟匹配与传统的寸匹配过程相比的优势,介绍了虚拟匹配的常规操作流程,并给出了多种数据分析方法。并以某车型底盘挡孔问题为实例,具体介绍虚拟匹配方法在尺寸问题解决中的综合应用。

Application Research of Virtual Matching in Vehicle Size Matching

Abstract:Virtual matching is a technology that uses part 3D scan data and advanced measurement analysis software to perform dimensional analysis of manufactured parts or assemblies. This paper expounds the advantages of virtual matching compared with the traditional inch matching process, introduces the routine operation process of virtual matching, and gives a variety of data analysis methods. Taking the problem of a certain vehicle chassis stopper hole as an example, the comprehensive application of the virtual matching method in the solution of the size problem is introduced in detail.

1 引言
随着中国经济连续多年的快速增长,汽车消费已经走进了千家万户,汽车的普及热潮之后,随之而来的是对车辆要求的提高,首当其冲的就是对汽车外观颜值要求的提高,车辆是否美观,除了跟造型设计密切相关外,跟我们的做工是否精致有很大关系,尺寸匹配除了对外观的影响,同时对风噪声、密封性、行驶平稳性等整车性能也有很大的影响。(剩余3952字)
